The Living Is Easy :)

Today I was thinking a lot about the problems. And how we create them by ourselves. There is a wonderful quote on this subject: If a person is granted with the case of torment himself, he doesn't give up this opportunity." E.M. Remarque.
And it’s true. We are constantly tormentingourselves with questions:
am I right doing this?
and what would happen if I did not do that?
how would develope my life if …?
and why she / he has it, but I don’t?
Why is everything so bad? (when in fact it is not)
In fact, these all is nonsense, it’s a predation of the brain that does not lead to something good, only to the frustration and burnout. Probably we need to learn how to take the life easier. It is so short and we also spend it on unuseful longing for things that do not exist. Smile more often! This saves you from unnecessary thoughts!)

 You know, I’ve found one spring  look , so relaxed and so simple… But I like this simplicity in this look! And you?:)))))................................................................................................................................

Այսօր ես  շատ եմ մտածել  խնդիրների մասին, որոնք  ինքներս ենք  մեզ համար ստեղծում : Այս թեմայով հրաշալի է արտահայտվել  E.M. Remarque-ը "If a person is granted with the case of torment himself, he doesn't give up this opportunity."Մենք անընդհատ մեզ տանջում ենք ինչ որ հարցերով` 

իսկ ճի՞շտ եմ արդյոք ես վարվում...

 իսկ ի՞նչ կլիներ , եթե ես սա  չանեի....

իսկ ինչպե՞ս իմ կյանքը կդասավորվեր, եթե...

ինչու՞ նա ունի ինչ որ բան, իսկ ես չունեմ...

ինչու՞ է ամեն ինչ այսքաս վատ (եթե նույնիսկ դա բոլորովին էլ այդպես չէ)......................

Իրականում այս  ամենը հիմարություն է, որը ոչ մի լավ բանի չի բերում:Պետք է սովորել կյանքին ավելի թեթեւ նայել: Այն առանց այդ էլ կարճ է,իմաստ չունի  ծախսել մեր ժամանակը ոչ մեկին պետք չեկող տխրության վրա ու անհանգստանալ  գոյություն չունեցող  բաների համար,  դա ուղեղի անիմաստ ծանրաբեռնում է  :))))) Գլխից դուրս շպրտել անհեթեթ մտքերն ու հաճախ ժպտալ:)))) 

ամեն ինչ պարզ ու հասարակ` իմ այսօրվա  look-ի նման...ինձ այդ պարզությունը դուր է գալիս, իսկ ձե՞զ   :)))
